This is the "infamous" beaver dam located on the Minong Ridge trail.  It is located 3.75 miles east of Washington Harbor or 6.8 miles west of Lake Desor North.  This dam can and usually is treacherous.  A balancing stick is a real good idea here.  In the background, is a ridge you climb right after this.

This is a wolf track in the mud on the beaver dam.  It rained the night before so, this must have been from the morning this was taken.
